Wellness Therapy is a holistic massage technique that uses anatomically designed wooden tools to improve the body’s size and proportions while improving overall health. These instruments allow highly targeted pressure to be applied to problem areas (such as thighs, buttocks, love handles and abdomen). Pressure intensifies the breakdown of fat deposits and fibrous cellulite so that it can be eliminated naturally with other toxins.

The technique involves repetitive movements using different wooden instruments to manipulate targeted areas of muscle, fat and cellulite, stimulating the lymphatic drainage system to remove unnecessary water, fat and toxins from the body. What makes this treatment unique, compared to other alternatives such as laser, ultrasound cellulite removal or liposuction, is that it stimulates the production of elastin and collagen and eliminates cellulite at its root, with no downtime! It’s a 100% natural, non-invasive method with no contraindications. For the best results, wellness therapy can be applied as a course of 12 treatments. You will usually see results after five treatments, but for the best results, at least twelve treatments are recommended with an interval of three days between each treatment. Also it is not advisable for people with extremely expressed capillaries and veins. The first couple of massages can be painful, and  the massages following become very relaxing.The bruises are not inherent to this massage but can occur in hypersensitive clients in the first series.

Auch für Menschen mit stark ausgeprägten Kapillaren und Venen ist sie nicht ratsam. Die ersten paar Massagen können schmerzhaft sein, und die darauf folgenden Massagen werden sehr entspannend. Die blauen Flecken sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Massage, können aber bei überempfindlichen Kunden in der ersten Serie auftreten.

Tip: do not come to the treatment with a full stomach, but make sure you have eaten a light meal about two hours before the treatment.

You should drink at least two liters of water afterwards. This ensures optimal fluid excretion and the best results.
